NVIDIA Announces Record-Breaking Fiscal 2024
Financial Highlights and Annual Meeting Announcement
Santa Clara, Calif. – February 22, 2024 –
NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024, which ended January 29, 2024. The company reported record quarterly revenue of $22.1 billion, an increase of 19% from the previous quarter and 46% from the same period last year.
Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share were $6.12, up 19% from the previous quarter and 46% from a year ago. NVIDIA's strong performance was driven by growth across all major product lines, including gaming, data center, and professional visualization.

NVIDIA also announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will be held virtually on May 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM PT. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2024, will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
